Returns & Refunds

As each piece is handled with utmost care, we do not offer returns or refunds once an order has been delivered.

In Case of Damage

While we take every step to ensure safe delivery, if your piece arrives damaged, we are here for you.

To assist you seamlessly:

  • Kindly record a 360-degree uncut video from the moment you open the package
  • Ensure the video clearly shows the sealed package and the product condition
  • Share this with us within 24 hours of receiving your order

This helps us understand the issue better and resolve it for you at the earliest.

Please note that requests without the opening video or raised after 24 hours may not be eligible for review.
